Opportunities  Are you interested in becoming involved in your community? A great way is to volunteer with the Community League! There are numerous volunteer opportunities within our Community League. We currently have a wide variety of events/projects on the go and even more we would like to do! So even if you only have a few hours to spare or just want to be added to our volunteer list we would love to hear from you!     There are various Board of Director positions which may appeal to you. Or if you are looking for a smaller time commitment perhaps one of our events/projects: Door-to-door Membership Drive (late August/early September) Indoor Soccer Coordinator (to commence August 1st, 2010) Outdoor Soccer Coordinator (to commence November 1st, 2010) Playgroup Coordinator (to commence in September 2010) Fall BBQ/Party/Membership Drive Event (in September) Winter Family Fun Event (in February) Grounds Development Project Greenway & Naturalization Project Spring 2010 Plant Exchange/Swap Researching available funding/grant opportunities   We do also have a small number of paid positions available.
