Hazeldean Community League

Who We Are

The Hazeldean Community League is run by neighbourhood volunteers, like you! We rely on their generosity, time, and creative ideas to flourish. The Hazeldean community is bounded on the:

  • North by 72 Avenue

  • East by Mill Creek Ravine

  • South by Argyll Road (63 Avenue)

  • West by 99 Street

Included in our boundaries are the north side of Argyll, the east side of 99 Street, and the south side of 72 Avenue. Our community hall is located at 9630 66 Ave.

We are dedicate to improving the quality of life for our members by providing recreation opportunities, community activities, and advocating on behalf of issues that face our neighbourhood. We are also a member of the Edmonton Federation of Community Leagues, the representative and coordinating body for all community leagues in Edmonton.

The Hazeldean Community League is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who help out the community-at-large through a few hours of work each month. Our bylaws are available here

The Board meets on the first Tuesday of the month, September - June, at the Hazeldean Community Hall and online VIA Google Meet. Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held the first Tuesday of October.

Interested in volunteering? There may be opportunities to serve on the Board, and there is always room for casual volunteers. Contact us to learn more about the Board, or to pitch in at an event or on a committee!
