By dedicating just a few hours each month, these volunteers help shape programs, advocate for community interests, and bring exciting initiatives to life.

How We Work

📅 Board Meetings – We meet on the second Tuesday of each month (September – June) at the Hazeldean Community Hall & online via Google Meet to discuss projects, events, and community priorities.

📢 Annual General Meeting (AGM) – Held every October, our AGM is an opportunity for residents to get involved, voice their ideas, and help shape the future of Hazeldean.
